Terms and Conditions

From clients who do not have a trading account with us:

  • We will require a deposit of 50% for the total value when an order is placed.
  • The outstanding balance will be due upon installation

Processing time

The company will endeavour to fulfil its agreed commitments to all our clients, however due to the vagaries and variations of the materials we use we can only offer an expected time, we will not accept any liability for any loss whatsoever from any delay in delivering our product.


The company takes great care in its selection of materials for each client however we use 100% natural materials, as such, some of these materials may contain slight natural blemishes, colour variations and pitting. We reserve the right to treat, repair and use these materials wherever necessary.

Templating and installation

Before either can be carried out we require the following:


  • Completed carcassing,
  • bases fully secured and levelled,
  • installed sinks.

All information required must be readily available e.g. manufacturers templates for hob cut outs, tap hole sizes etc.


  • The company requires all bases to be level, secured and capable of supporting the weight of the stone (approx. 90kg per M2 – 30 mm material).
  • and a clear working area.

The company will make a surcharge at the agreed rate for any aborted trips.


Trade Account customers – 30 days from when the invoice is sent. Private/Non trade account customers – Balance due on completion.


Ownership of all material supplied remain the property of the company until full and final payment has been acknowledged.


Any variations in our terms and conditions of business can only be agreed, in writing, by a director of the company.
